Who we are

plotworks provides property development microsites and enquiry capture on behalf of UK property developers. When you submit a Register Your Interest form on a development microsite, your enquiry is processed by plotworks and shared with the developer responsible for that development.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide in the enquiry form, including your name, email address, phone number, property preferences, budget, and any optional marketing preferences you select.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings or provide requested information (lawful basis: legitimate interests and steps prior to entering a contract).
• To send marketing communications only where you have opted in by ticking the relevant checkboxes (lawful basis: consent under UK GDPR and PECR).
• To operate, secure and improve our platform (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

Your enquiry is shared with the developer and their sales team responsible for the development you enquired about. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email providers) who process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to manage your enquiry, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing consent records are retained to evidence your preferences.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
